Fund Accounting Sr Manager

As a Fund Accounting Manager at our company, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring accurate cash and position data for middle office clients, supporting investment management, analytics, compliance, and regulatory activities. Your role will involve actively managing risk and exposure by reconciling investment records daily with external record holders and driving process enhancements to ensure efficient and accurate operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of professionals to achieve goals, conduct personnel duties, and identify process improvements - Coordinate staff assignments based on business requirements and development needs - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, serving as an escalation point for complex issues - Manage the Risk and Control agenda, including audits, interfacing with auditors, and identifying process gaps - Collaborate with senior management on cost-saving opportunities and client service improvement initiatives - Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and applying ethical judgment - Possess strong knowledge in Reconciliations process & applications **Process Management:** - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of functions within the team - Design & implement Service Level Agreements with Internal & External teams - Work closely with Fund Accounting leads across global locations and establish governance forums - Design & implement oversight & escalation metrics **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of relevant experience - Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA / Degree in Finance preferred - Extensive knowledge of funds services and process & experience in managing operational delivery - Demonstrated leadership and management skills - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Clear and concise communication skills - Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.,
