Fund Accounting Analyst 1

Role Overview: You will be an entry level Fund Accounting Analyst responsible for supporting various fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Your main goal will be to assist in calculating daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and distributing associated unit prices. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of fund activities, including NAV calculation and distribution factors - Assist in reviewing stock and cash reconciliations as a Checker to ensure exceptions noted do not impact NAV and cleared items are treated correctly - Ensure corporate actions are accurately reflected on the NAV - Assist in handling complex issues - Promptly investigate and resolve any client queries in a timely and professional manner - Meet client Service Level Agreement (SLA) and deadlines - Collect and analyze relevant management information from an operational and client perspective - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on the firm's reputation, compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, ethical judgment, and reporting control issues with transparency Qualifications: - Relevant experience preferred - Experience in accounting, finance, or business-related area - Experience within Financial Services or Operations - MBA graduates, CFA certification, or Chartered Accountants preferred - Proven experience in funds administration - Knowledge of funds services and processes If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.,
