Job Description

You should have 6-8 years of experience in the Banking domain, specifically in corporate banking, mobile banking, and online banking. Experience in Chatbot testing is required, including conversation and voice testing, handling multiple instructions in a request, dealing with conversations in background noises, different dictions, localization needs, user navigation assistance, and error handling. Your responsibilities will include devising and implementing test strategy, designing and performing functional testing, participating in design & development for test automation, assisting business users, defect management, root cause analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with test case/Defect management tools such as Confluence or JIRA is essential. Knowledge of Kanban or other visual management methodologies is also required. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to handle teams is important for this role. Familiarity with technologies like AngularJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB would be an added advantage.,
