The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in X++ development, AL programming, Power Platform integration, and Azure DevOps to drive complex implementations and customizations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central FO solutions.

Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications using X++ (FO) and AL (Business Central) programming languages.

Develop and maintain integrations with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and external applications.

Implement and optimize custom workflows, business logic, reports, and extensions in Business Central FO.

Perform data migration, data transformation, and system integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications.

Design and implement APIs, custom services, and integrations using Azure services, Logic Apps, and REST/SOAP web services.

Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, deployment, security, and performance optimization.

Manage deployments using Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing frameworks).

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring smooth post-go-live support and system enhancements.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
