Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Functional Consultant HCM with 5 to 7 years of proven expertise in implementing and supporting Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, configuring HCM modules, and ensuring seamless HR process automation and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and objectives for HCM modules. Configure and support modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Absence Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with HR strategies. Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations based on best practices. Support data migration, validation, and UAT processes. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and post-go-live assistance. Create functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals. Coordinate with technical teams to develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field. 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in HCM modules (Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). Strong understanding of HR operations and processes. Experience in at least one full-cycle ERP HCM implementation. Good knowledge of system configuration, testing, and user training. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: ERP certification in HCM (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday). Exposure to Time & Attendance, ESS/MSS, and Payroll-GL mapping. Experience working with HR analytics and dashboard tools. Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, labor laws).
