Job Description

You have over 6 years of SAP experience as a consultant, having worked on complex projects in SAP LE (Logistics Execution) and SD modules. Your expertise includes areas such as Intercompany Sales, Transportation, Shipping, Foreign Trade, Customs, IDOCS/EDI, and more. You possess a strong understanding of user exits, debugging skills, and integration areas within SAP Logistics Execution. Your responsibilities will involve providing support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams, as well as partners responsible for data center administration. You will be accountable for managing solution issues escalated to the Global Support team, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, and providing functional support. Additionally, you will analyze releases, validate recommendations from partners, and collaborate with various teams to ensure proper testing processes. As a team player with excellent communication skills, you will be required to tailor your communication to different audiences effectively. Your role will involve challenging partners, demonstrating added value in relationships, and supporting deployments from scoping to transition. You must also have a good understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Processes. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a graduate degree and have a minimum of 5-6 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within an international setting.
