Job Summary

The Functional Consultant L2 acts as a key link between business users and technical teams. The role focuses on advanced functional support, requirement analysis, system configuration, and issue resolution for enterprise applications, ensuring business continuity and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 functional support for enterprise applications (ERP / CRM / HRMS / SCM)
Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
Handle complex incidents, service requests, and change requests
Perform system configuration, testing, and validation
Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users
Work closely with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals
Train end users and provide post-go-live support
Ensure compliance with business processes and IT governance standards
