Job Summary:

Functional Consultant L2

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L2 functional support
for ERP/enterprise applications by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving business process-related issues.
Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with L3 consultants and technical teams for complex issue resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
Prepare and maintain documentation functional specs, process flows, test cases, and user manuals.
Assist in
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
and provide training to end-users.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical developers to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
