Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement functional solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions using software services.
Provide technical expertise and support to junior team members.
Develop and maintain documentation of functional solutions and processes.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with functional implementations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in software services or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with functional consulting tools and technologies is an added advantage.
