Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and support of enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRMS etc.)
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Support functional testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
Create documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
Provide first-level support to users and escalate issues as required.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
Assist with data migration and system integration tasks under supervision.
Work closely with technical teams for customization and enhancement requirements.

Mandatory Skills: SAP ISU Billing.

Experience: 5-8 Years.
