Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine Operator

As a dedicated and experienced professional, your role will involve operating and managing a fully automatic capsule filling machine, with a preference for hands-on knowledge of the PF-90 model. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and oversee the performance of the fully automatic capsule filling machine, particularly the PF-90 model. - Ensure smooth and efficient production runs while upholding high-quality standards. - Maintain accurate and timely records of batch production, machine performance, and other relevant documentation to meet regulatory and organizational requirements. - Supervise, guide, and coordinate with helpers/labourers on the production floor to enhance operational efficiency and ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Conduct basic troubleshooting and liaise with maintenance teams when necessary. - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in operating fully automatic capsule filling machines, ideally with experience in the PF-90 model. - Proficiency in handling production documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide support staff. - Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
