Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine Operator

As a dedicated and experienced professional, your role will involve operating and managing the functioning of a fully automatic capsule filling machine, preferably with hands-on knowledge of the PF-90 model. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and oversee the performance of the fully automatic capsule filling machine (preferably PF-90). - Ensure smooth and efficient production runs while maintaining high-quality standards. - Maintain accurate and timely records of batch production, machine performance, and other relevant documentation as per regulatory and organizational requirements. - Supervise, guide, and coordinate with helpers/labourers on the production floor to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. - Conduct basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams when necessary. - Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs. Requirements: - Prior experience in operating fully automatic capsule filling machines (experience with PF-90 is an added advantage). - Ability to handle production documentation and maintain regulatory compliance. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide support staff. - Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality.
