Node Fullstack JS Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) Team Lead Experience: 5+ Years Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and a proven track record of team leadership and system design. As a key member of our development team, you will lead projects, mentor team members, and work on designing and building scalable, high-performing systems using the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: • Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. • Oversee code reviews, development processes, and team productivity. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. System Design: • Architect and design scalable, secure, and eicient systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Document and present system designs to stakeholders and team members. Development: • Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and TypeScript. • Work with databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis. • Ensure high code quality, scalability, and performance of applications. • Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Problem-Solving & Challenges: • Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. • Take ownership of new challenges and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment. Communication: • Communicate eectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. • Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for various audiences. • Present progress updates, system designs, and project statuses. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: • Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and NestJS. • Solid experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend development. • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching. • Deep understanding of system design principles and best practices. Team Leadership: • Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing projects. • Ability to mentor team members and foster a productive work environment. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: • Excellent analytical skills to dissect complex problems and develop robust solutions. • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. Communication: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical ideas eectively.
