In this role, you will architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java applications using the Spring Boot framework while also developing and maintaining web applications using Angular. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead a team of Java developers in software design and implementation. Application Development: Architect and develop scalable Java applications using Spring Boot. Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using the Angular framework. Cross-Technology Collaboration: Understand and convert code across different tech stacks. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical feasibility and propose innovative solutions. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Database Design: Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for efficient data retrieval. Technology Trends: Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java development and recommend new tools and frameworks. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. Must-Have Skills Java: 4+ years of experience. Angular: 3+ years of experience.
