Job Description

About Position:

Were seeking a seasoned EUC/Service Desk Engineer to manage and enhance our end-user computing environment and frontline IT support operations. You will own endpoint lifecycle, drive service excellence across Incident/Request/Problem/Change processes, and improve experience through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring. This role partners closely with Infra/Network/Security teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and modern workplace.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop full-stack web applications using Java Spring Boot for backend and React.js for frontend.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between UI and backend services.
Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and query performance.
Implement responsive and interactive UI components using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and writing optimized SQL queries.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to Microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito for Java; Jest for React).
Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
