Fullstack Developer

As a Frontend Developer at our company, you will bring your experience and expertise in front-end development to work with technologies like REACT, REDUX, Node JS, and Javascript. Your primary responsibility will be to build well-designed, high-performance front-end web applications that support complex business rules and flows. You will leverage your experience to establish best practices for web development and elevate the team and codebase to a higher level. Additionally, you will play a key role in contributing to Application Solution Design by collaborating with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members. Your input will influence the application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture. As a product engineer, you will collaborate with various business functions to translate business requirements into simple user stories, working closely with the engineering lead and other developers. Your responsibilities will also include developing UI/UX wireframes using tools such as Figma, applying user experience methodology to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging user-centered designs. You will pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them to the rest of the frontend team. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, lead POCs, and demonstrate speed to market will be crucial. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and helping others. In terms of qualifications, we seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node Development. Experience in Agile development environments, familiarity with tools like Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools are desired. Additionally, experience in designing web and mobile applications, developing wireframes, and working with UI/UX principles is important.
