Job Overview

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React.js / .Net) will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions with a primary focus on the front-end, while still contributing to the back-end and overall full-stack architecture that supports business operations.

Working within a cross-regional team, the engineer will identify, prioritize, and implement technical solutions that enhance user experience, creating distributed systems using event-driven and microservice architectures. This position involves driving technical solutions from concept to launch while leveraging agile processes to ensure high-quality, efficient development.

Main Responsibilities/Duties

• Design and develop modern, responsive front-end experiences using React.js and TypeScript, while collaborating on full-stack development to ensure seamless integration with back-end systems.
  
• Build, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications that provide optimal user experiences, focusing on front-end performance, usability, and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with Product Designers to transform designs into high-performing, functional user interfaces while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
  
• Contribute to the development and optimization of back-end APIs and microservices to ensure efficient data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
  
• Work in an Agile environment, continuously learning and applying new skills.
  
• Assist in planning and prioritizing work within agile sprints.
  
• Contribute to software architecture and solution design.
  
• Ensure the teams Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are monitored and met.
  

Experience Required

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong focus on front-end technologies like React.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• 3+ years of experience in C# and .NET MVC Core, integrating front-end features with APIs and services.
  
• Proven experience in developing scalable web applications and handling complex data.
  
• Experience in back-end development, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  
• Experience with cloud-based services, particularly Azure.
  
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  
• Experience working on large, scalable software systems.
