Fullstack Developer

What youll do?

We are seeking extremely smart & independent developers who are passionate about designing and building user interfaces for the next billion customers in India as well as internal consumers to delight all our users. You will work on re-imagined interfaces that keep our users at the center by understanding their needs and workflows at a detailed level and enabling them by understanding the full stack of our product. You will:

• Lead design and development of products working closely with business team.
• Independently own software components and co-own entire web applications with a small group of fellow developers
• Bring to market delightful user experience for our products with a demonstrated understanding of the full stack of products.
• Establish strong engineering best practices and champion their adoption.
• Develop strong front end web app architecture while designing and developing APIs and backend functionality, all while ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and application responsiveness.
• Constantly strive to raise the bar on engineering excellence. Stay up to date with tools, trends, technologies, and frameworks.
• The candidate will be suitably well versed with the appropriate information security responsibilities for the role and is responsible for adhering to them.

Who you need to be?

• 2+ years of professional experience in solving problems using data-driven approach.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes).
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• All experience should be from good product development or e-commerce background.
• Must have shown good stability in all your previous associations.
• Strong experience with Angular, Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, REST API development.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, NoSQL
• Knowledge of test driven development and AWS tech stack is a good plus
• Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through
• Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Takes personal ownership; Self-starter.
• Looks for opportunities continuously to gain knowledge and expertise.
