Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js with TypeScript (or similar modern backend
stack).
• Solid experience with React / Next.js.

• Experience with message queues / background jobs.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working in cloud-native environments.
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Experience building HR, payroll, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to system scalability and high-availability design.
• Prior experience in compliance-heavy domains.
