Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development using Node.js and proficiency in frontend development using various technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Node.js with Express.js
• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using a variety of frontend technologies
• Good knowledge of High Level System Design & Low Level System Design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2.5 - 4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Express.js & Typescript
• Experience with frontend development using various technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
• Work with Microservice & Event driven architecture, scale system using Rabit MQ/ Kafka/ Bull MQ. & Redis.
• Architect, Design and implement GraphQL APIs ensuring performance, scalability & Security.
• Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL,
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Knowledge of containerization technology such as Docker & Kubernetes
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence Gitlab & Bitbucket.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end applications.
• Drive the adoption of modern front-end frameworks and technologies, ensuring best practices in React.js and Next.js.
• Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) to ensure high performance and superior user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and UX teams to implement seamless, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with SOLID Principle & agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Integrate third-party headless CMS (Contentful) and personalization engines (Algolia, Cloudinary, Talon.One and Segment).
