Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, integrate and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Python, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
• System Design & Architecture: Participate in designing system components, APIs, and data models to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Cloud Integration: Build and deploy applications on cloud environments (AWS and Azure), ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to translate functional requirements into efficient technical implementations.
• Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and conducting peer code reviews.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application performance and reliability.
• Automation & CI/CD: Contribute to building automated testing, deployment pipelines, and continuous integration workflows.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, APIs, and development processes.
• Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and frameworks to continually enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full stack development with demonstrated experience in both frontend and backend technologies.• Technical Expertise:
• Frontend: Angular (preferably v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django or Flask).
• Database: PostgreSQL, with solid understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure especially services like EC2, S3, RDS, or Cloud Functions.
• Development Practices: Familiarity with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, Git-based workflows, and containerization (Docker).
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with a focus on building robust and scalable systems.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Methodology: Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes and tools such as JIRA or GitHub Projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
• Exposure to data analytics, AI/ML pipelines, or API integration with third-party systems.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to lead a small team
