Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UGC Content Creator/Editor (Photo + Video + Reels) located in Ghaziabad. The role involves creating, editing, and delivering engaging photo, video, and reel content aligned with the brand’s identity. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and shooting original content, editing it for various social media platforms, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that connects with target audiences. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team to optimize media for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot

  UGC-style short-form videos

• Act as the

  on-camera face

  for lifestyle/styling Reels and product videos.
• Edit content optimized for Reels, Shorts, and ad campaigns.
• Brainstorm weekly concepts aligned with trends, festive themes, and product stories.
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams for brand campaigns.
• Maintain the visual identity: natural, premium, and calming

Requirements

• Strong creative instinct for décor, fashion, or lifestyle visuals.
• On-camera confidence with natural speaking ability.
• Skilled in phone/DSLR shooting and short-form editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere, Canvaetc.).
• Understanding of Instagram trends, transitions, and storytelling flow.
• Portfolio or Instagram handle

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience & output quality)
