Full-Time HR Generalist - Remote, Monthly Salary Basis

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment

  process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle

  employee relations

  , addressing concerns, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Support

  performance management

  and appraisal processes.
• Assist with the

  development and implementation

  of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate

• Manage HR documentation, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
  
• Support initiatives around

  and retention strategies.
• Assist with

  payroll processing

  and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
