Experience Required: Minimum 6 month to 1 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development or Training
Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, SQL, Git, REST APIs (additional technologies like Angular, Python, Java, or DevOps are a plus)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full Stack Trainer to join our technical training team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies and be passionate about teaching and mentoring individuals to build real-world web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality Full Stack development training programs (beginner to advanced levels)
• Conduct online/offline training sessions for individuals or corporate clients
• Create structured course content, assignments, and real-time project scenarios
• Provide hands-on coding demonstrations and assist learners in debugging and building applications
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and incorporate them into training
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor and guide students on their career or project development path
• Develop training assessments, quizzes, and certification materials
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve the learning experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Trainer
• Proficiency in:
• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js (or Angular/Vue)
• Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, API Development
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• Knowledge of deployment using platforms like Heroku, Vercel, or AWS (preferred)
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Prior experience in EdTech or corporate training
• Certification in Full Stack Development or relevant technologies
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
