Role & responsibilities

• Engaging with users and stakeholders to clearly capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Creating low-level specification documents that guide developers through the program development process.
• Maintaining high standards in design and code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Coordinating activities with multiple teams and sharing domain knowledge to enhance overall project success.
• Preparing presentations and reports to help senior management make strategic decisions that align with business needs.
• Ensuring the development aligns with business requirements and is of high quality, and working closely with the testing team to ensure effective validation.
• Ensuring continuous development of the teams skills, improving their performance, and fostering a culture of learning.

• Full Stack Development:

  Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development using technologies such as React/Angular, Core Java, Microservices, and Spring Framework.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ Years of experience in Full stack
• Experience as Tech Lead.
• Full stack expertise with proficiency in React / Angular, Core Java, Microservices, Docker / Kubernetes, Spring Framework, Web Services & APIs, Workflow & Rule Engines, and SQL databases.
• Experience in designing scalable software architectures and database models, ensuring optimized performance and scalability.
• Familiar with implementing security standards and guidelines, ensuring that applications adhere to the highest security protocols.
• Expertise in managing projects, tasks, and team workflows, along with excellent presentation skills to support decision-making processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring that business requirements are well-understood and expectations are managed effectively.
