Full-Stack Social Media Creator

We’re looking for a highly creative, multi-talented Social Media Content Creator & Manager who can take full ownership of our online presence.

From generating content ideas, scripting reels, designing posts, editing videos, to posting and managing content across all platforms — this is an all-rounder role for someone who lives and breathes social media.

What You’ll Do:

Content Ideation & Planning

• Research current trends, education industry topics & viral formats
• Plan monthly content calendar (Reels, Posts, Stories, etc.)
• Write captions, scripts & hashtags in English and/or Gujarati

Design & Visual Content

• Create visually appealing static posts, carousels, stories, banners, ads
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs

Video Editing & Reels Creation

• Shoot/edit reels or work with existing footage
• Add effects, music, subtitles, transitions, etc.
• Repurpose content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts

Social Media Handling

• Post content regularly on Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
• Respond to DMs, comments, and track engagement
• Analyze performance & suggest improvements

Skills You Must Have:

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools
• Strong command of social media trends and platforms (IG, FB, YouTube)
• Excellent design sense, content writing ability & video editing skills
• Fluent in English (Gujarati/Hindi is a bonus)
• Good communication and creativity
• Time management & ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,606.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
