Full-Stack Engineer

As a Full-stack Engineer at Turgon, you will play a pivotal role in rapidly scaling the product and AI agents to meet the growing demand for AI-led services. You will have the opportunity to work with marquee customers and be at the cutting edge of AI agentic frameworks alongside experienced founders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript - Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Express, or serverless functions - Implement server-side rendering, static site generation, and client-side hydration for optimal performance - Integrate LLM-powered features such as AI agents, chatbots, summarization, and data pipelines with front-end interfaces - Ensure code quality through unit/integration tests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end features - Optimize applications for accessibility, performance, and scalability - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full stack **Must-Have Qualifications:** - 3+ years of hands-on full-stack web development experience - Expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript - Strong backend skills in Node.js (or equivalent) with API building and security experience - Proficiency in relational and/or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB - Familiarity with Git workflows and modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) - Solid understanding of web fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind, styled-components or equivalent) - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience with AI/LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Python for AI integrations - Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Understanding of serverless architectures (Vercel, AWS Lambda, Cloud Run) - Familiarity with observability tools such as Sentry, New Relic, Datadog - Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum processes In addition to the technical challenges, Turgon offers a values-aligned culture, competitive salary, equity via ESOPs, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-energy startup environment in South Delhi and San Francisco.
