Description
As a Back-end Engineer at Turgon, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in scaling the product and AI agents. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing scalable backend services for LLM applications - Developing data pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing, and storage (both batch and real-time) - Integrating and orchestrating LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Hugging Face using Python - Collaborating with the DevOps team to containerize, monitor, and automate deployments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes - Ensuring data quality, governance, and security in AI workflows - Optimizing inference latency, throughput, and cost in both cloud and on-premises environments - Troubleshooting production issues and enhancing model performance metrics iteratively Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience with proficiency in Python - Strong expertise in data engineering, including SQL/noSQL, ETL frameworks, and data validation - Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and/or Hugging Face Transformers - Previous exposure to deploying ML models in production using REST/gRPC APIs, serverless architecture, or microservices - Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle encompassing training, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for data storage and compute - Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and code-review practices Turgon is a startup based in San Francisco and New Delhi, founded by serial entrepreneurs.
