Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

You are a strong Senior Software Engineer with a passion for engineering, joining the Product team to help scale the platform and deliver cutting-edge capabilities to customers. You will collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and quality engineers to design, build, and innovate the product. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and scale a transformational software product - Design and build scalable frontend architectures considering HTTP requests, SQL queries, and memory management - Optimize client-side and server-side performance - Embrace changing requirements and work with agile development methodologies - Utilize technologies like React, TypeScript, Ruby, Rails, Node, Postgres, Redis, and more - Experiment with technologies like Puppeteer - Convert wireframes or mockups into clean and semantic HTML and CSS for responsive design and performance **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly - 5+ years of experience building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or similar MVC framework - 5+ years of working with SQL databases, preferably Postgres & RDS - 5+ years of experience using JavaScript & TypeScript for Single-Page-Applications with modern web technologies - 5+ years of experience using HTML, CSS, and styling applications for the web - 3+ years of experience in converting wireframes or mockups into clean HTML and CSS - Experience with charting libraries like Chart.js, Highcharts, D3 - Experience with Git for source control using Github This is a remote work opportunity for the initial 6 months to 1 year, with the option to work from the office later.,
