Full Stack Engineer

You are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join the dynamic team. You should have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and SQL (PostgreSQL), with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development. As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using MERN stack + PostgreSQL. - Building and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services. - Developing responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end applications with React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript). - Writing clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Ensuring security, scalability, and high performance of applications in production. - Collaborating with DevOps engineers to enable CI/CD automation and cloud deployment. - Working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, ML, QA) to deliver robust solutions. - Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance. - Participating in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: - 1-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end and back-end. - Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) including schema design, queries, indexing, and optimization. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker for development and deployment. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2). - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the complete SDLC. Preferred / Additional Skills: - Exposure to Python for backend services, automation, or ML integrations. - Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes a plus). - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (PM2, CloudWatch, ELK). - Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, Mocha, Cypress, PyTest). - Strong awareness of security best practices, performance tuning, and optimization.
