Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development
• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Develop APIs, databases, and services that power core product features.
• Product Execution
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into working features.
• Ship features quickly with an iterative approach while maintaining technical excellence.
• Debug, test, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
• Collaboration & Growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Provide input on product architecture and technology choices.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in full stack development (or demonstrable portfolio of shipped projects).
• Strong proficiency in front-end (React, Vue, or similar) and back-end (Node.js, Python, etc.) frameworks.
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Startup or rapid prototyping experience (vibe coding shipping fast, iterating faster).
• Experience with DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Mobile app development experience is a plus.
