Full Stack Engineer

As a Fullstack Engineer at our company, you will be an integral part of developing a new AI-driven product right from its inception. Your passion for innovation, prototyping, and product development will be key in shaping the technical direction and architecture of the product. This hands-on role will also involve mentoring and managing junior Engineers as the team expands. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, and iterating on Proof of Concepts for new AI-powered features, leading the development of scalable web applications from frontend to backend, integrating APIs and machine learning models in collaboration with product and AI/ML teams, and making strategic decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in production environments, defining coding standards, documentation practices, and development workflows, and overseeing the full Software Development Life Cycle. To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience in fullstack development, a proven track record of building and deploying web applications, and familiarity with AI/ML product POCs, model integration, and API-based ML services. A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is essential, along with proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, DevOps practices, and the ability to prototype and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, a startup mindset, and leadership experience or potential to mentor and manage a small team will be valuable assets. Additionally, experience with MLOps or ML model lifecycle, familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, or AI service platforms like OpenAI, HuggingFace, Pinecone, exposure to data engineering and pipeline design, and previous involvement in startup or product development initiatives will be beneficial.
