About the Role: We are seeking a Team Lead \u2013 Full Stack Developer with deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software systems. This role demands proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to design and lead microservices-based systems from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions using FastAPI, Django, and React/Next.js. Architect and implement microservices-based systems, ensuring modularity, scalability, and performance. Design ER diagrams, system architecture, and use case flows for new features and services. Manage backend development using PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including data modeling and migrations. Oversee frontend development using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Establish CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, containerize applications with Docker, and deploy with Uvicorn/Gunicorn.- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews, testing, and best practices. Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retros, daily stand-ups) and mentor junior developers. Required Skills Strong experience in FastAPI and Django with asynchronous programming knowledge. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB with experience in designing ER models. Expertise in microservice architecture: service decomposition, inter-service communication, and deployment. Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, Uvicorn, and Gunicorn. Ability to convert product requirements into technical use cases and architecture diagrams. Strong communication, planning, and mentoring skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of API Gateway, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Knowledge of system security, OAuth, JWT.
