Full Stack Developers

As a Full Stack Developer at Be The Bank (BTB), you will be part of a dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of FinTech. You will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge financial solutions that challenge conventions, driving innovation and collaborating with top-tier tech experts. Your primary focus will be on backend development using .NET Core (80%) and frontend development with React and a touch of Angular (20%). You will participate in the full system lifecycle, from solution design to production maintenance, and contribute to the development of scalable, game-changing systems. We are looking for candidates who hold a B.E/B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in C# with .NET Core and 2+ years of experience in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or VueJS. Strong infrastructure and system design skills are essential, along with experience in high-scale data processing, database systems, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, and cloud services (AWS preferred). TypeScript expertise is a plus. In addition to technical skills, we value soft skills such as a passion for continuous learning, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving mindset, expertise in Agile/SCRUM methodology, and a collaborative spirit as a team player. You will be based at the office of BTB Finance India Pvt Ltd in Pune, Maharashtra, working from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
