Job Description

Wissen Technology is hiring a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable web applications, collaborating across disciplines, and driving innovation in frontend and backend development .

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to build and iterate on web applications.

Lead projects from ideation through execution and maintenance.

Contribute to the inception of new concepts and libraries for optimizing dynamic websites.

Implement complex React frontends and Node.js applications using Express, NestJS, and other frameworks.

Identify and resolve performance issues in code and usability.

Participate in design and code reviews.

Support the growth and expansion of engineering teams

Requirements:

BE / BTech or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Expert-level fluency in at least one programming language.

Experience with GraphQL -based APIs.

Familiarity with design systems and end-to-end testing.

Emphasis on Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

Ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to seek help when needed.

Good To Have Sk ills:

Experience in the commerce vertical.

Exposure to:

Unix/Linux environments
Docker, AWS, Kubernetes
Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
CSS, Sass
Git, GitHub
