Job Description

Understand requirements and create technical specs. Guide and mentor junior developers. Develop modules as per requirements. Test software for accuracy. Manage support team and post Go-Live process.Responsibilities: Requirements and Specifications: Thoroughly understand business requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility. Create detailed technical design documents and architecture diagrams. Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement software modules and features across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database). Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Utilize a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to our tech stack (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, SQL, NoSQL). Mentorship and Guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers on the team. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Share knowledge and best practices within the development team.
