Full-stack Developer (React JS + Node JS)

Job Description   - For Full-Stack Developer / Engineer (ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS)

Technology Exposure

•  Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Figma
• Backend: Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, Java, Python
•  Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS DynamoDB
• Cloud Services: AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS DynamoDB, AWS
  ElastiCache
•  Infrastructure: Serverless Framework, Docker, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK
•  Testing Frameworks: React Testing Framework, Jest, Microsoft Playwright, Selenium

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Agile Development:
o Design, implement, and deploy software solutions using agile methodologies.

2. Frontend Development:
o Design responsive web applications using React.js/Next.js frameworks.o Implement UI/UX designs with tools like Figma.

3. API Development:
o Build and enhance GraphQL and REST APIs from scratch.

4. Troubleshooting & Debugging:
o Diagnose, debug, and upgrade web applications effectively.

5. CI/CD:
o Design and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines for webapplications using AWS and modern tools.

6. Testing:
o Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworkslike Jest, Playwright, and Selenium.

7. Database Management:
o Manage and optimize databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS DynamoDB.

8. Cloud Expertise:
o Leverage AWS services, including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, andElastiCache.

9. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
o Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and CDK.

10. Team Collaboration:
o Work with cross-functional teams across different business units andorganizations.o Train and mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharingsessions.

11. Stakeholder Management:
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders via emails and conference calls.

12. Continuous Improvement:
o Proactively learn and implement new tools and technologies to enhance systemefficiency.o Deliver long-term solutions with a forward-thinking approach.

13. Time Management:
o Understand the importance of deadlines and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Experience: 7-12 years

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have:

• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS ecosystem.
  o Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and serverless architecture.o Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting responsive web applications.o Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS DynamoDB.

• Good to Have:
o Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.o Knowledge of additional backend languages like Java or Python.

• Soft Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication.o Self-starter with the ability to work independently.o Strong problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset
