Full-Stack Developer (Node.js & NestJS)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is pivotal in building scalable, end-to-end software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining both robust backend services using Node.js and NestJS, and modern, responsive frontend applications using NextJS/ReactJS. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about technology and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions, covering both backend services and frontend applications.
• Design and implement secure, efficient RESTful APIs and microservices using the NestJS framework.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or NextJS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security across the entire stack.
• Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack capacity.
• Strong project management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Backend Development:
• Strong expertise in Node.js and the NestJS framework.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep experience in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience in GraphQL endpoints.
• Proven experience with database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Frontend Development:
• Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, NextJS, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
• Knowledge of frontend build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• DevOps & Tools:
• Proficiency with version control using Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing, TDD, and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of advanced cloud architecture patterns.
• Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
