Job Summary Synechron is seeking a experienced Dot Net Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. Software Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with .NET Core and .NET Framework (minimum 10+ years of industry experience)
- Hands-on experience with Frontend technologies: NextJS, React, JavaScript (including ES6+)
- Experience with C# and object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architecture principles
- Version control with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
- CI/CD tools: TeamCity, GitHub Actions, or similar build automation tools
- Deployment tooling: Octopus Deploy, Docker, Kubernetes
- Relational databases: MSSQL, Oracle (preferably both)

Overall Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement robust full-stack web applications aligned with business needs.
- Oversee and guide technical strategy for complex development initiatives, including proof of concept projects.
- Lead collaborative efforts across squads, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
- Mentor and up-skill engineering teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and promote strategic engineering practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of applications and infrastructure.
