Full stack Developer (MEAN / MERN)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in benchmarking and optimization. The candidate should have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the field. Educational qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an MBA. Key skills that are essential for this role include proficiency in MEAN / MERN Stack, Node, React/Angular, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, architectural solution designing, effective communication, team management, and client interaction/stakeholder management. Prior experience for this job role should encompass a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies of software development, matrix-managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering projects and products using appropriate agile project management methodologies, and having at least 4+ years of experience in delivering quality software projects. Experience with microservice architecture and cloud-native technologies is highly desirable. The candidate should possess a strong knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS, web components, debugging tools, cookies management, Html5, JavaScript, CSS3, Material UI, design unit testing framework, Design/Architect/solution, MVC architecture, and code versioning tools such as Git/BitBucket. Consumer web development experience for high-traffic, public-facing web applications and familiarity with cloud technologies are also necessary. Exposure to cloud platforms and mobile technologies like Ionic, Sencha, PhoneGap, Xamarin, ReactNative, etc., would be considered advantageous.
