Full Stack Developer

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Java, SpringBoot, React.js, and preferably Kafka. Responsibilities: - Take ownership of sales targets - Initiate contact with prospects and conduct cold calls - Follow up on leads, arrange meetings between prospects and Cybix senior management - Create proposals and solutions - Negotiate with prospects and successfully close deals - Regularly meet with customers to gather feedback on delivery performance - Collaborate with the delivery team to relay customer feedback Required Skills: - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in building and nurturing business relationships - Ability to identify prospects and tailor presentations accordingly - Skill in identifying customer priorities and suggesting solutions accordingly - Proficient in using MS-Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - Sales capability in the following IT Services: - Annual Maintenance Contracts for IT products (Servers, Storages, Network, Workstations, Desktops, etc.) - IT Facility Management Services - Security Solutions, including Security product licenses Note: This Job Posting Expires in 22 Hours,
