Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will contribute to the development of product software by developing front- or back-ends of rich, interactive cloud-native apps, interactive dashboards, visualizations for data-intensive scientific apps, rich desktop apps, or statistical engines involving proprietary algorithms. You will work independently, solve complex technical problems, and develop a broad knowledge of the application, its architecture, tech stack, and domain. Key Responsibilities: - Actively participate in requirements discussions and technical aspects, helping the team understand detailed functional and non-functional requirements. - Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of software by working independently, developing complex features, and debugging and fixing complex bugs. - Assist Tech Lead in analyzing defects, discussing the impact of required code changes, and coordinating with testers. - Follow software engineering processes, complete necessary documentation, plan successful code integration, and contribute to high-level design and technical documentation. - Perform code refactoring under guidance, participate in sprint activities, develop a T-shaped technical skillset, and adhere to company policies and values. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent STEM degree preferred. - 3 to 5 years of experience in developing desktop apps or web apps, with specific experience in React and C#. - Strong knowledge of web development using technologies like React, Angular, or .NET Core with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Basic knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL for back-end developers. - Experience in code reviews, strong coding practices, and usage of standard development tools such as Jira, Confluence, BitBucket / Git, Visual Studio / VS Code. - Experience working in Agile teams, knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, and strong numerical & verbal aptitude. - Self-driven with creative problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written English communication skills, and collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.,
