Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Python and Frappe Framework, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications for a fast-growing 3PL logistics and warehousing company in the Chandigarh/Tricity Region. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python and Frappe Framework/ERPNext (preferred). - Building and customizing internal modules such as HR, CRM, Workflow Management, and MIS Dashboards. - Integrating with external systems like Tally Prime, SharePoint, Power BI, and E-Way Bill APIs. - Setting up databases, APIs, and basic front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with knowledge of React/Vue being a plus. - Ensuring smooth deployment, uptime, backups, and security of applications. - Collaborating closely with non-technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Maintaining proper documentation, testing procedures, and version control for all applications. The qualifications required for this role include: - Strong programming knowledge in Python. - Experience with Frappe Framework/ERPNext is preferred, although experience with Django/Flask with a willingness to learn Frappe is also acceptable. - Proficiency in database management with MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Basic front-end skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with knowledge of React/Vue being advantageous. - Familiarity with APIs, REST, and JSON integrations. - Deployment knowledge encompassing Linux servers, cloud hosting, Docker, and Git. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms. It would be beneficial if you have an understanding of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing processes, as well as knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, or cloud infrastructure.
