ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated developers to join our tech team. As a Junior Web Developer, you’ll get the opportunity to work on real-world projects across backend, frontend, and UI/UX development. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, and CodeIgniter. Collaborate with senior developers on module and feature development. Assist in designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code. Write clean, scalable, and documented code. Stay updated with new web development technologies and best practices. REQUIREMENTS: Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP and JavaScript. Familiarity with Node.js and backend API concepts. Understanding of front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Experience or academic exposure to CodeIgniter or any PHP MVC framework. Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or relevant training.
