Job Description

We are seeking a talented

Full Stack AEM Developer

to join our team and build high-quality web solutions using

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both

front-end and back-end development

, delivering scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Implement front-end solutions using Tailwind, astro , bootstrap , HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Translate design mock-ups into responsive web pages
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML5, SCSS/CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript code.
Implement industry standards for front-end development, ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Develop back-end integrations with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems.

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in full-stack development in AEM.
Proficiency in:

Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery , tailwin
Adobe AEM (HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Sling, JCR)
Java, JSP, Servlets

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks like Astro / Angular / React.
Knowledge and experience of responsive design principles Experience in CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Bootstrap.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

35 years of experience in full stack development in AEM.
Proficiency in:
