As a Full Stack Lead in the Banking Industry within the Technology Consulting field, your role is crucial in developing, maintaining, and enhancing high-performance and secure backend applications using Java and related frameworks. Your responsibilities include: - Developing high-quality, performant, and scalable React Native applications. - Ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Designing and implementing reusable components and libraries for future use. - Collaborating with frontend developers, designers, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and services for integration with frontend applications and external systems. - Optimizing application performance and database queries for efficiency. - Debugging and troubleshooting production issues, ensuring timely resolution and enhancements. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in Java technologies and adopting best practices in the development process. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components. - Participating in estimation, planning, and prioritization of development tasks. - Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the team. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Thai native/ Thai nationality only - 8+ years of software development experience. - Experience in Microservice design & development, Full-stack development, and Mobile Application Development. - Experience in stakeholder management, technical leadership with Full stack skills, and managing technical teams to drive technical delivery. - Ability to direct complex Software Projects from concept to fully operational status. - Effective communication skills, goal-oriented with strong leadership capabilities. - Well-organized, highly motivated, and detail-oriented problem solver. - Strategic Information Technology Manager skilled in guiding navigation of modern technology, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic plans.
