Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus – MERN + MySQL)

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js, Express, and MySQL. The ideal candidate can independently handle modules, communicate with clients, and deliver high-quality, scalable code.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in MERN stack (MySQL, Express, React, Node).
2. Strong backend skills – REST APIs, integrations, and complex logic handling.
3. Deep knowledge of MySQL – schema design, joins, queries, optimization.
4. MongoDB experience is a plus.
5. Solid understanding of React.js for frontend integration.
6. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and async programming.
7. Experienced in auth & security (JWT, OAuth, encryption best practices).
8. Capable of owning modules and delivering with minimal supervision.
9. Excellent communication skills – confident in handling client calls.
10. Familiar with Git, cloud deployments (AWS, Docker, PM2), and testing tools.
