Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer in our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and enhancement of our web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture and development of front-end web interfaces driven by middleware to interact with back-end sources. - Developing and maintaining software using our current tech stack, which includes JavaScript, GraphQL, Jest, Kafka, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), NestJS, Redis, SQL, and TypeScript. - Driving best practices in test-driven development, unit testing, and code reviews to ensure high code quality. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features and enhancements. - Maintaining knowledge of security best practices to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. - Exploring and evaluating emerging technologies to contribute to product roadmaps and system improvements. - Designing scalable, performance-optimized web applications. - Utilizing agile methodologies and tools like Jira to facilitate sprint planning and delivery. - Mentoring team members and acting as a technical resource within the development practice. - Performing other duties as assigned; demonstrating punctuality, adaptability, and team collaboration under deadlines. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in full stack development with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks. - Strong understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and middleware-driven design. - Experience with modern tools and technologies such as GraphQL, Kafka, Redis, and the MERN stack. - Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization techniques. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.,
