Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at our dynamic sister company specializing in personalized vitamin and supplement solutions in Europe, your role will involve enhancing and developing e-commerce websites and web applications to provide tailored health products through user-friendly digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Modify and manage existing e-commerce websites for improved user experience and functionality. - Develop new e-commerce websites and web applications from concept to deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement responsive and interactive user interfaces. - Integrate APIs for seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability. - Maintain and update websites for compatibility across browsers and devices. - Implement graphic design elements to enhance website visual appeal. - Utilize Webflow for visual web design and integrate with WordPress using appropriate plugins. - Implement robust security measures across all web applications. - Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to address vulnerabilities. - Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in full-stack web development. - Fluency in English and flexibility in working with EU and US time zones. Proficiency in: - Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, AngularJS, NodeJS. - Backend: Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot), Dropwizard, Python3. - Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), PL/SQL. - Tools & Platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Experience in developing and managing e-commerce platforms. In-depth knowledge of web development security best practices, including: - HTTPS and TLS encryption. - Secure coding standards. - Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). - Regular security audits and penetration testing. - Use of Web Application Firewalls (WAF). Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with SEO best practices. - Dutch language skills a plus. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
