Job Description We are looking for a smart Full Stack Developer with strong AI skills to join our Mumbai team. You will build web apps using the latest tech, work with AI tools, and help startups test their ideas in the real world. What You’ll Do Build web apps using Next.js and AstroJS for the frontend Create and manage backend systems in Python Work with AI frameworks like LangChain and Crew AI Use prompt engineering and prompt caching to make AI features faster and smarter Connect AI models to real user needs Work closely with designers, founders, and other developers Explain tech ideas in simple words to non-technical founders What You Need 2–3 years of real-world experience as a full stack developer Good hands-on skills in Next.js and AstroJS (frontend) Strong Python coding skills (backend) Practical knowledge of LangChain, Crew AI, and other AI tools Experience with prompt engineering and prompt caching Good understanding of how to connect AI to web products Ability to work in a fast, agile team Clear communication skills What We Offer Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience) Work with the latest AI tech and help real startups Friendly, learning-focused team Fast career growth and skill development Flexible work culture How to Apply Send your resume and a short note about your experience with AI and web development.
